Meeting Minutes


Meeting in Prague, Czech Republic
From 12 to 15 DECEMBER 2013

Meeting report – Day 1- 12/12/13
1. 9.30 – start of the meeting
2. Czech gave their presentation on wool recycling
3. Next meeting in Cyprus on 26/3 – 28/3 - 2-day seminars. Arriving on the 26/3/14. Seminars in Nicosia on Energy saving.
4. Denmark will prepare a logo that will fulfil the objective “Introduce a European festival sustainability label in order to facilitate the mitigation of the impacts of music concerts and festival son the European environment”. They will also prepare a text about describing what it means.
5. Last meeting in May 2014 in Denmark. Denmark will prepare a Green concert
6. Agenda – stages of our work /our material, to be sent to Denmark to put it together. MUST BE DONE BY ALL COUNTRIES
7. Each group must publish an article every 6 months. (4 times everybody)
8. short videos from the training courses – Italian partnership
9. French partnership will print t-shirts with the logo of the project for all partners.
10. all partners should publish the results of the survey
11. short video publication to be uploaded on youtube by Denmark
12. questionnaire for evaluation will be sent by the Italian partners to all partners
13. e-brochure is put on the website of the project by the Italian partners
14. the website of the project is updated by the French partners
15. Suggestions for sustainable concert and music festival in Denmark.
16. Suggestions to create costumes from recycle materials. Czech and Italian partnership will prepare them.
17. for the concert there will be no lights, no cost. There should be no cost. It should be sustainable.
18. open a stand with all our biological products (wine, cheese)
19. Cyprus will not have participants in the meeting in Denmark.
20. all partners should prepare the next courses
21. Sustainable dictionary in all languages of the partners. All partners will send in their language and in English the terms they use for sustainability. E.g. sustainability, solar energy etc. Italians will prepare the dictionary.
22. The motto of the label “Nothing in excess” proposed by Cyprus should be included in the label.
23. We discovered our common European roots for example. Danish discovered the story of Schila and Caridde. To become more aware of our responsibly as European people to realise our common European values.
24. Danish gave their presentation. They also prepared a magazine in Danish with articles about what they have done. They will translate it in English as well.
25. The Danish talked about their work, about promoting sustainability, about teaching blind people. Blind people work, they go to festivals and give concerts.
26. The Cyprus partnership gave their presentation on energy saving in Cyprus households.

Meating report – Day 2- 13/12/13
1. 9.30 – start of the meeting
2. Workshop on wool recycling – each country made toys out of recycled wooden clothes
3. the partners agreed that the final meeting in Denmark will be held on May, 15 or during the last week of May.

13.00 – lunch in one of the restaurants in the near area
16.00 – visit of famous Prague Brewery with the drinking of beer (12 Euro pro person)

13 th December
9.30 – continuing in the workshop

16.00 – Visit of Prague Christmas Market to find some of typical nature products
20.00 – facultative – typical old Czech black light Theater (about 20 Euro)
